SP Purification Program Day 2


So how bad is it?

There is no punchline to this joke...It is not bad. We are eating, drinking, and doing our daily lives.

Prove It!

OK. One of the tools you receive with this cleanse is a Daily Intake Journal here are my 1st 2 days.

DAY 1

What did you eat today?

Banana Berry Shake
Cucumbers with dill
Romaine Salad with seaweed, carrots, cucumber, avocado & cranberry dressing
Banana Berry Shake
Romaine Salad with cauliflower, broccoli, & cranberry dressing
Baked Mushrooms & Onions, 1/2 cup brown rice
Citrus Blend Shake
Green Tea
Water

How are you feeling?

I was agitated tonight because our meals were later than expected. I know I was a little shorter than normal.

Did you experience any physical effects?

Throat felt a little tight but when I ate the feeling subsided. I also do not do well with capsules, but I am working through that.

Day 1 Personal Journal Entry: (These are not part of the program, but my choice to keep.)

@11am stomach was grumbling and by 11:30am throat felt "chokey" and was filling internally agitated...Duh??? Gotta eat. I was hungry and waited to long. This purification doesn't require fasting! I was fine after I ate.

My mood was more agitated - but for the purification I'm not taking other supplements that I think helped with this. Have to keep an eye on it...but I am sure cooking homemade spaghetti & meatballs with ciabatta bread, that my children didn't completely appreciate didn't help my mood. I also didn't realize how much food my husband and I were "disposing" when we cleaned up the table.

Missing out on Hot Cocoa & cookies at "Light Up Lex" and holding my sons fig newton, he decided he didn't want took some discipline, until I saw a little girl crying because she couldn't have a cookie...her grandmother didn't have her Epipen and the little girl was allergic to to eggs & milk.

REALITY CHECK: Kids shouldn't be allergic to the ingredients in cookies.




DAY 2


What did you eat today?

Banana Berry Shake
Green Tea
Romaine Salad with radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, Citrus Oil dressing
Banana Berry Shake
Lightly Sauteed Zucchini & onions with lemon, 1/2cup brown rice, raw radishes
Baked Mushrooms & Onions, 1/2 cup brown rice
Green Tea
and I'll have one more shake before bed tonight.

How are you feeling?

Energized tonight. Noticing more sensitivity to smells. Just a little thought tightness when I missed breakfast. LEARNING that eating is key.

Did you experience any physical effects?

Mild GAS - From the roof and the basement. Only uncomfortable for my family ;0) (The benefits of working from home!)

Day 2 Personal Journal Entry:


Plenty of energy today! Thinking daily yoga may be good during this.

I am really bad about eating during the day. So it has been a good discipline to follow a schedule. (even though I have to set timers) Missed breakfast today, but didn't bother me as much today.

Need to stop working more often to eat...

Need to stock up the refrigerator next week. Need to have more recipes set so I don't feel like I am scrambling every day for meals for everyone. Kids are really enjoying the new meal schedule: Meatball Monday, Taco Tuesday, Wok Wednesday, Fast Food Thursday, Pizza Friday.

The kids are curious about the foods, while only one will try the veggie dishes. Tasted the shakes today and they thought they tasted pretty good!


Should We Continue?

Oh Yeah! Stopping to get tape measure & scale (two items I removed from my home years ago).

Talk to you all tomorrow, have to hit the grocery for tomorrow's supplies.
