SP Purification Program Day 17 : Apology to Green Vegetables

Dear Green Vegetables,

I am sorry I have avoided you. I apologize for enjoying the orange and white vegetables and leaving you out. I had no idea how truly good you are for me. I promise to make up for lost time...

Green Vegetables Need Love Too!

I have finally accepted the need to establish a relationship with green vegetables. After the struggles over the last few days I have reviewed my intake logs and increased all things green. I also did research today on Cruciferous Vegetables:

Vegetables of the family Brassicaceae (also called Cruciferae) are called Cruciferous vegetables. The vegetables are widely cultivated, with many genera, species, and cultivars being raised for food production such as cauliflower, cabbage, cress, bok choy, broccoli and similar green leaf vegetables. The family takes its alternate name (Cruciferae, New Latin for "cross-bearing") from the shape of their flowers, whose four petals resemble a cross. Source

I immediately marked the shopping list from my program guide with these jewels and was sure to stock up on them today. I have found increasing the intake relieved many of the symptoms from the last few days.

We are committing the last 4 days to getting to know our new Green Friends!
