Guess What Time It Is? It's Purification Time!

If this is the first time on my blog...you will want to read Mentally Ill or Environmentally sick to fill in a few blanks...For those of you that have been with me a while, you will remember how sick my family got!

Today I begin the purification process again and I am struck at what a different place I am in.

I never could have imagined 2 years ago that I actually would look forward to restricting my diet, drinking loads of water, and eating veggies like I was a rabbit...but I am.

When I did the purification the first time I realized it was not optional. My wellness depended on it. I followed the purification to a "T" and regained health I had never really had before.

As Spring has rolled around my body has been letting me know in subtle and not so subtle ways that my body needs a restart. The ONLY bad thing about becoming WELL, is knowing what it feels like and NOT being willing to go back to ILL.

So here we go!

Tip #1 for Purification: WATER, WATER, WATER

My rule of thumb is 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day. So I will be starting the cleanse at 149.3 which = @75 ounces of water. So my goal is to consume what you see in the picture. I spread it out throughout the day. Although I do find that starting out the morning with a glass of water physically and mentally gets me moving.
