Purification Day 1 - Don't Go It Alone


In the past you have encouraged me to give the details...for some of you it will be annoying...sorry ;0) I will put all the details at the end.

Also, I am using a new tool this time called Dragon Diction for my iphone. I will apologize for any errors as I am learning to navigate this new tool.

A common question I get is: How often should I do he purification?

This depends on your lifestyle. I do the purification once or twice a year depending on how I feel. I eat pretty healthy most of the time and stay fairly disciplined with my fitness. I have removed as many toxins as possible from my home an working environments...but I can avoid it all.

I mentioned in the last post that the only problem with feeling GREAT after the purification - is that you no longer accept a mediocre body. You will have a new awareness your body's likes, dislikes and items it doesn't want. There are times you will respect that...and times you won't.

I found out the hard way that my body no longer likes fast food french fries...enough said.

What was hard today?

I had to be out of the office and I didn't have food prepared. This caused the "grumbellies" which you want to try and avoid on the purification.

DAY 1 DETAILS:


Okay so this is day one of purification and it is 8:15 AM I am doing my protein shake and I am taking my Gastro fiber and my SP cleanse. (SP Complete Shake has one quarter banana three strawberries out five blueberries cinnamon turmeric and two scoops of SP Complete)

I weighed in at 149.3 this morning with a BMI of 22 to 34.8 fat 22.4% fat ratio 6.4% bond mass

11 o'clock snack three small carrots and a quarter of cucumber

12 pm salad with red peppers an balsamic vinegar dressing

2 o'clock SP shake & supplements

4 o'clock half of an apple

Frustrations: Chills since 11 on off I twitch in left eye lid top and muscle twitching in the right front neck.These are not new issues.

Headache over right eye and right occipital started 4 pm

6 o'clock half a cup brown basamti rice and a head of broccoli that was dinner headache is gone

1015 pm last shake with supplements.

Water goal 75 ounces - ACHIEVED!
