Purification Day 13 - So What Do You Do On A Purification?

I have had several people over the last several days ask me...

"So what do you do on a Purification?"


I forget that I have done this a couple times and what feels easy to me now - hasn't always!

The quick answer is that I eat well, drink well, take whole food supplements and let my body heal...

Day 1-10:

  • I eat vegetables and fruits in ratio of 2-to-1.
  • I enjoy 2-3 yummy Whole Food protein shakes.
  • I drink 1/2 by body weight in ounces (example if you are 200 pounds that is 100 oz a day.)
  • Day 1-7 I take Whole Food Supplements that gently cleanse my system.
  • Day 8-21 I take Whole Food Supplements high in green food to promote healing.
  • The entire cleanse I take Whole Food Fiber to help moves things out of the system.

Day 11-21:

  • Same as above except I add chicken and fish back into the meals.

To Maintain My Health

I know what sick feels like and I have NO desire to go back! Over the last 2 years I have learned about the toxins in my environment that I have no control over so it is important that I to take control over the toxins I can.

We have removed as many toxins from our home as possible.

  • Non Food "Food Like" Products -Reading labels has been a true challenge! (Avoid MSG, HFCS, white flours, and preservatives)
  • Chemical Cleaners - Vinegar, Lemons and tea tree oil our some of our replacements.
  • Personal Products - we have had to locate natural, chemical free options, for shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, toothpastes, perfumes, styling products, make up. (I am still working on this if anyone has suggestions!)
  • WATER: We use Reverse Osmosis water and add minerals back into our diets. We also have a whole house carbon filter and a secondary filter on the showers.

So on to Day 13 details...

Purification Day 13

146.5 6.4 bone 21.6 BMI 33.2 pounds of fat which is 22.7% water 56.4%

9am SP shake with supplements.

Just tried a new shake.... 2scoops SP complete, 4 strawberries, kale, cinnamon and 2 dates for sweetness. Added handful of ice to chill. Yum

1:30 chicken salad with veggies and apple cider vinaigrette

6 PM half cup brown rice two strips chicken,spoonful salsa, kale chips (This is my in a hurry meal. I cook extra rice and chicken for these rush meals.)

8 o'clock apples grapes

10 o'clock shake and supplements

20 minute walk

This is the salad I had in my fancy to go container so I could eat it on the road...

Final thought...

Do you take the time to annual check your vehicle, have it detailed, oil drained, filters replaces? Wouldn't you do the same for a far more valuable tool? YOU!
