
Played a GREAT game with my friend Britta today!
Drinking the amount of water you need can be a trick. I love water and for the most part drink what I need, BUT on days I have to sit in front of my computer designing, I will totally lose track of all time.
The game is played like "P-I-G" or "H-o-r-s-e" in basketball:
The first person to drink their 12 oz of water texts the letter "W".
As you drink each 12 oz, you do the same, until you spell W-A-T-E-R.
First person done wins (or floats away).
This was a wonderful way to break up the day yesterday. It is a little competitive and I had a brain freeze after chugging 12 oz after I realized I was behind. But after having an emotionally down day this was a fun way to get myself refocused.
Tip of the Day: Green Tea, which is allowed on the purification does not count as part of your water intake.
Water is the number one solvent, the reason you drink it is to remove the junk from your body. When you add something to the water, like tea, it is absorb and the water can not absorb any other toxins or junk you are trying to get out...so enjoy the tea, but be sure to drink the extra water!
Alas, I did not win the challenge today...Great Job Britt! But I'll be back tomorrow!

930 one half bundle asparagus
1030 shake supplements
